Our design of a centrifugal chiller plant inside the mall premises freed up the on-site real estate (already allocated for a hotel) saving over one hundred million dirhams in projected civil work, design and infrastructure costs. And, with chiller efficiency at zero tolerance and peak conditions achieving 0.66 kW/TR there were efficiency savings too.
